Documenting a Tragedy
I was returning from a project in Palm Springs and noticed a fire near Moreno Valley. I took some images as I flew by, thinking that it was a sign of the horrible fire season we're going to have in California due to the drought. Little did I know that I was documenting a fatal car crash that had just occurred below, sparking a small brush fire. I wasn't able to see the bystanders in the images trying to open the car door until I landed and had the images opened on the computer.
Thank you Trevor at RCNS for passing the images along to the detective investigating the crash. Hopefully they are helpful to the investigation.
