The video, which has been widely circulated, shows what appears to be a deluge in the revered stadium's parking lot. Contrary to alarmist reports, Holtzman confirmed that the video depicts "reflected light on wet concrete" and an abundance of water on the parking lot's surface, not a flood as some have inaccurately suggested.
